In the old days in France, modelers used to give their students jewelry and gifts that symbolized tailoring. Jewelry and gifts were required to be placed at a point where they could be seen every day, so that the artisanship learnt could be done properly.
This accessory was brought to life by master hands in the fashion atelier accordingly with that mindset.
